My life has been a battle against addiction and impulsive tendencies, requiring a conscious effort to stay on the right path. These qualities have become instrumental in my journey as an endurance athlete, offering solace and strength amidst physical and mental challenges.
During grueling ultra-marathons, I confront my inner demons head-on, silencing the voices of my past. On the trail, I take control of my narrative, fighting back against these demons. It’s not just about finishing; it’s the profound self-conversations that matter.

- Embrace Imperfection: Perfection is a noble pursuit, but true beauty often lies in imperfection. Embrace your flaws and learn from them. It’s these imperfections that make us unique and resilient.
- Surround Yourself with Community: No one succeeds alone. My journey is a testament to the power of community. Surround yourself with supportive individuals who share your goals and values.
