With a background in Operations and Product Development, Eric brings a no-nonsense perspective and a business-centric focus to his work. He is a highly effective speaker, facilitator, and coach for both new managers and seasoned executives alike.
Eric has designed, developed and delivered human resources and leadership programs of varying complexity — from simple coaching courses to complete concepts — for organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. Eric is passionate about helping individual leaders, teams, and organizations achieve extraordinary business results through high-impact leadership development programs.
Eric has also served as a faculty member at the University of Denver in the Daniels College of Business. He taught Strategic Human Resources classes as part of the MBA program.
Eric holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Arizona State University, and an MBA with a focus in Organizational Behavior from Virginia Tech. When not at work, Eric can be found driving his daughters to various activities. He is also an avid musician and spends his free time writing, recording and performing music.
