Hagerty is the leading insurer for classic car and wooden boat collectors. Their culture is vibrant and their leadership is preparing for aggressive growth. To ensure employees are equipped with the skills necessary to lead the organization into its next level of success, extensive surveys were conducted on its culture to understand the core competencies they needed to develop. We then worked with Hagerty to design a leadership program that focused on building the specific core competencies that were identified.
Our solution addressed three employee populations: The Executive Team, Senior Managers, and Mid-Level Leaders. From there, we designed a complementary program for each employee group, all the while ensuring that the instructional design accommodated each group’s specific learning needs.
